Highlights of Barcelona

The city of Barcelona has grown exponentially during the last century and a half. When the city walls could no longer hold the vast amount of people who came to Barcelona, an expansion plan was put into place; The Ensanche or Eixample. Incorporating old surrounding villages, Barcelona changed from a small Mediterranean city into one of the most popular tourist destinations. With the 1992 Olympic Games Barcelona transformed into a cultural, culinary and historical paradise. Limited by its natural borders and Montjuïc, Barcelona offers beaches, mountains, a historical centre and world renowned (Modernist) architecture.

You will be picked up by a private adapted vehicle and your guide. Passing Gaudi´s masterpieces, like the Sagrada Familia, Casa Battló and Casa Mila the tour continues to Montjuïc. Crossing the city you will get a perfect idea of its different areas. Continuing to the coast you will be introduced to Barceloneta and the Olympic Village. During the tour there will be several stops where you can get out and enjoy breath taking views and amazing architecture.

This tour is accessible for both wheelchair users and slow walkers. The stops that will be made are all easily accessible.
