Gothic Quarter tour
The endless narrow streets in the heart of Barcelona offer great history, picturesque squares and endless surprises. The heart of the Gothic neighbourhood has been witness to urban excitement since 16 B.C. The Roman Forum once formed the centre of Barcelona´s city-life and still remains as dynamic and interesting today.
You will experience the enthralling history and stories of the Catalan capital. The tour will take you to the Gothic Cathedral, Roman sites, Jewish quarters and squares like Plaza St. Jaume, Plaza Felipe Neri and Plaza del Rei. In the meantime a specialized guide will introduce you to the stories of Barcelona´s city life and will guide you through the accessible parts of the Gothic Quarters.
The narrow streets of Barcelona are accessible for wheelchair users. For slow walkers it´s recommended to inquire about the length of the tour or to rent a scooter.
Note: Due to time restrictions, entry to museums, churches and the cathedral are not included in the tour. It is recommended that you visit them at your own convenience.
